Terms of Use

TruckMitr.com and its linked applications are operated by TruckMitr Corporate Services Private Limited (“TruckMitr”, “we”, “us”). By registering, submitting an enquiry or purchasing a service after being presented with these Terms, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and Permitted Use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to use the relevant services. Provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. Fraud, impersonation, forged documents, unlawful listings, harassment, unauthorised data collection and misuse of the Platform are prohibited.
2. Our Services and Role
TruckMitr offers driver-related services, recruitment assistance, new-truck information and used-truck marketplace services.
For third-party listings, the identified seller or service provider is responsible for its transaction. Where TruckMitr itself sells a vehicle, receives transaction money or provides a paid service, our role and applicable obligations will be disclosed. These Terms do not override commitments expressly made by TruckMitr.
3. Truck Prices and Vehicle Information
Unless expressly confirmed by the identified seller, displayed prices are indicative, subject to availability, and do not constitute a binding offer or reservation.
Prices may vary by model, variant, configuration, location, date and applicable charges. Check whether the price covers a chassis or fully built vehicle, whether GST is included, and which registration, insurance, body-building, delivery or other charges are excluded.
Specifications, images, mileage figures, valuations and EMI calculations may be illustrative or estimated. Obtain a current written quotation and confirm the actual vehicle before committing.
We may correct genuine errors, but these Terms do not permit arbitrary changes to an accepted order or removal of any refund legally due.
4. Used-Truck Transactions
Sellers must have lawful authority to sell and accurately disclose ownership, condition, mileage, known material defects, accident history, outstanding finance and relevant document status.
Buyers should inspect the vehicle and verify ownership, finance clearance, registration, fitness, insurance, permits and applicable operating restrictions before payment.
The parties must document payment, delivery and ownership-transfer responsibilities. An “as is” sale does not excuse fraud, concealed material defects or defective title.
5. Driver Services and Verification
Subscriptions, training and recruitment assistance provide only the benefits disclosed at purchase. They do not guarantee employment, salary, hiring or continued service unless expressly promised.
“Verified”, “Trusted”, “Inspected” and similar descriptions apply only to the checks specifically identified. They do not guarantee future conduct or the absence of every undisclosed issue. TruckMitr remains responsible for services it expressly undertakes.
6. Payments, Cancellation and Refunds
Fees, taxes, benefits, validity and cancellation conditions will be disclosed before payment. Pay only through verified, authorised channels. Automatic renewal requires express authorisation.
Refunds follow the accepted service terms and applicable law. A “non-refundable” condition does not exclude remedies for duplicate payments, misdescription, deficient or undelivered services, or other legally refundable amounts.
7. Privacy and Communications
We handle personal data under applicable Indian law, including the DPDP Act and its rules as their provisions come into force, and our Privacy Notice.
Information is collected, used and shared only for disclosed, lawful purposes. Dealer, employer or partner sharing must relate to the requested service and applicable permissions. Accepting these Terms does not authorise unrestricted sharing or unrelated marketing.
You may withdraw consent, change marketing preferences, or request correction or deletion, subject to lawful retention requirements. Optional promotional calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email and push notifications follow your choices. Recording and AI-related processing require appropriate notice and a lawful basis. We maintain reasonable security safeguards.
8. Content and Intellectual Property
TruckMitr’s branding, software and original content belong to us or our licensors. Unauthorised copying or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
You retain ownership of your submissions and grant us a limited licence to host, display and manage them for the requested service, subject to privacy rights.
9. Liability and Platform Changes
To the extent permitted by law, TruckMitr excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses. This does not exclude fraud, wilful misconduct, mandatory consumer remedies, data-protection obligations or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may remove unlawful listings, restrict accounts for material breaches, and update these Terms prospectively. Changes will not retrospectively remove accepted purchase commitments or accrued rights.
10. Governing Law and Grievances
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes may be brought before legally competent courts or statutory forums. Consumer and data-protection remedies remain available.
Consumer complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within one month. Applicable intermediary complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within seven days, subject to shorter statutory deadlines for specified complaints.
